This 2022 Ashton Hills Pinot X Pinot is an impressive new release; produced from a blend of Pinot Noir (65%) and Pinot Gris (35%). A light to medium bodied red wine, this offers lifted florals and aromas of fresh strawberries and red jubes. The palate is fresh, vibrant and crunchy, with loads of juicy red berry flavours with a hint of Campari bitterness. A wine intended to be enjoyed in its youth; slightly chilled on a warm day or room temperature on a cold day.
