Atze’s Corner wines are a result of years of dedication working on ancient vines in the Barossa Valley. They proudly produce exclusive limited edition wines made with minimal intervention from exceptional vineyards.
Made from vines planted between 1951 and 2000, the 2021 Atze’s Corner Bachelor Shiraz showcases a deep ruby red hue, hinting at the depth within. On the nose, enchanting notes of raspberry and red plum lead the way. The palate is a symphony of complexity, unveiling ripe tannins, tantalizing toasted bread, and vanilla aromas, intertwined with a delightful spicy character of cloves and white pepper.
"Bright crimson with aromas of plum conserve, mulberry and blueberry fruits underlined with hints of fruitcake spice, purple flowers, fruit-and-nut chocolate, kirsch, panforte and licorice.
