Made by the highly acclaimed Fowles winery of Victoria's Strathbogie Ranges, the Are You Game? Sparkling is an impressive sparkling wine release. In an unconventional move, Fowles use predominantly Vermentino as the sparkling base for this wine.
When picked early, Vermentino provides fresh lively acidity, pear, apple and citrus fruit characters. A small amount of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Arneis add extra complexity to deliver a vibrant and refreshing sparkling with layers of flavours, fine minerality and crisp, dry finish.
