This 2021 Fraser Gallop Cabernet Merlot is made up of a classic Bordeaux-style blend of 59% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot. Medium-bodied, it offers good concentration with plenty of ripe blackberry, blackcurrant and mulberry flavours.
