The meticulous care taken in both the vineyard and winery is consistently reflected in the outstanding quality of wine made at Paxton.
Paxton's 'AAA' is always one of our most popular red wines and the 2023 vintage is again in fine form. A vibrant blend of Shiraz (48%) Grenache (48%) and touch of Mataro (4%), this is brimming with lively raspberry, dark cherry and milk chocolate flavours, with some subtle spice and soft tannin. A balanced, juicy organic red with plenty of drink-now appeal, this should develop further over the next five to ten years.
