A lovely example of what Adelaide Hills Merlot is capable of, the 2023 Pertaringa Stage Left Merlot offers appealing lifted red berry, chocolate and subtle mint aromas. The palate is typically lush, with soft red and dark fruits, some savoury undertones and some nice oak influence from 10 months in seasoned French oak. A lovey drinking Australian Merlot that will offer plenty of joy over the next decade.
