Pierro is one of the pioneering wineries of Western Australia's Margaret River wine region, and today remains at the forefront of the local region's wine industry.
During his first vintage in 1979, Mike Peterkin introduced two 'Bordeaux-style' blends, which have become flagship styles for the region; Semillon / Sauvignon Blanc blends and Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Cabernet Franc and Malbec.
The wines of Pierro are the culmination of passion, innovation, location, climate and time. Pierro's Chardonnay is considered an Australian benchmark, while their LTC Semillon Sauvignon Blanc remains one of the most popular examples of this delicious white wine.
