"Perfectly turned out"- Campbell Mattinson
Paringa Estate is one of the jewels of Victoria's Mornington Peninsula wine region, consistently making some of the nation's leading examples of Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Chardonnay. Paringa's 'Peninsula' label represents the first tier in the Paringa Estate range, which has gained a strong reputation for consistently over delivering on quality.
The grapes for the 2024 Paringa Estate Peninsula Pinot Noir were sourced from vineyards in Red Hill, along with several other high-quality vineyards across the Mornington Peninsula. This lifted Pinot offers briary fruit dominated by fresh cherries, blueberries and complexing nutmeg spice. The palate is full and flavoursome and with fine tannins on the long balanced finish. Another delicious Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir from the team at Paringa Estate that offers impressive value drinking.
"Perfectly turned out. Sweet-sour cherry flavours, into strawberry, into violets, with sweet spice notes strewn throughout. Juicy and accessible but with enough tannin, and indeed oak, to both keep it in sound shape and to give it a bit of spunk. It’s not going anywhere in a hurry but it’s excellent drinking right now. Rated: 92 Points. Tasted: Mar25 13% alc. $36 Screwcap Drink: 2025 - 2029"- Campbell Mattinson, The Wine Front.
