The 2023 Thomas Synergy Shiraz is produced from a blend of Shiraz from the Fordwich Hill vineyard and also some of those ‘declassified’ barrels from the Cote D'or, Vanessa Vale and Black Cluster vineyards. The result is an impressively concentrated, yet inherently approachable medium-bodied Hunter Valley Shiraz. With classic svelte Hunter blue fruits, some lifted spicy notes and a supple tannin structure; it’s vibrant, fresh and ultra approachable. A super value Hunter Valley Shiraz that has wide appeal at this price.
