The 2025 Pikes Traditionale Riesling again displays the clarity and purity found in only the finest Clare Valley Riesling. Opening with classic aromas of lime, lemon and fresh cut apple, the palate is approachable with the ripe, fleshy Meyer Lemon, some classic Pikes lime notes and appealing underlying minerality. Another brilliant Pikes Riesling release that will please the many fans of this wine.

It should be well represented in every serious cellar. The fruit comes from their own estate in the Polish Hill River sub-region and various growers across the Clare. 100% free run juice, which sees three months on lees. Always delicious young, it can be relied on to age and improve for many, many years. The 2025 vintage may be a small one, but it is proving to be of exceptional quality. Lemon/lime in colour, the nose offers a range of aromas including white jasmine, limes, spices, river stones and hints of grapefruit. Medium to good length, this is clean, fresh and well balanced.
