This 2024 Chain Of Ponds Black Thursday Sauvignon Blanc is again bursting with tropical paw paw, guava and melon flavours balanced by notes of passionfruit, hints of cucumber and split pea. The rounded tropical fruit palate is supported by a tight citrus acidity that gives a zesty, crisp finish. As with most Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc, this will be best enjoyed in its youth.
