Following on from enormously popular recent vintages of this wine, the 2023 Singlefile Great Southern Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is another brilliant example of this classic Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A beautifully refined and approachable red wine, this effortlessly mouth-filling with plenty of blackcurrant, chocolate and juicy dark fruit flavours. Finishing with lovely balance and a subtle French oak influence, this is another impressive release from Singlefile.

Dark ripe red fruits, blackcurrant, a little plum, blackberry, and a lift of red fruits to add some vibrancy.
