Airlie Bank Yarra Cuvee Sparkling NV

Airlie Bank Yarra Cuvée Sparkling NV has been one of our longtime favourite Australian sparklings; always delivering high quality drinking at a very reasonable price. A blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir, all sourced from within the Yarra Valley, small portions were barrel fermented and given extended time on lees to build texture and complexity.

Aromas of citrus fruits and subtle apricot are complimented by a toasty, bready complexity. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a focused palate structure of apple blossom and citrus characters with complex brioche notes.
