The Hay Shed Hill Vineyard Series wines are made from fruit grown exclusively on the estate in Margaret River. Planted in the early 1970's, the vineyard allows Hay Shed Hill to consistently produce flavoursome wines of great depth and character.
This 2023 Hay Shed Hill Sauvignon Blanc Semillon offers up classic cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon aromas of lively tropical fruits and fresh herbaceous grassy characters make up an intense bouquet. The palate is fresh and lively with classic Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon characters and a fine structure that are an indication both of the quality of the vintage and of the use of only free-run juice.
