Flametree has now firmly established itself as one of the stars wineries of Margaret River. Under the skilled winemaker of Cliff Royle (ex-Voyager Estate), the quality of their wines continues to rise to impressive levels.
This 2025 Flametree Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is another fine example this popular Margaret River blend. The nose shows fragrant lychee, lime, lemon grass and stone fruit. The lychee notes and white nectarine provide a burst of flavour on the palate. The grape solids and barrel ferments add nice savoury notes and minerality. Overall a great combination of fruit flavours, fine acidity and a textural finish are the hallmarks of this excellent release.
