The 2023 Helens Hill Candlebark Pinot Gris opens with vibrant, lifted aromatics of pear, honeysuckle and a hint of cashew nut. The beautifully structured and refined palate featured flavours of apple and baked pear that are supported by some subtle oak to add extra length and complexity.
