The 2024 Thomas Synergy Semillon is a blend of quality, old-vine Semillon sourced throughout the Hunter Valley. The majority of the 2024 Synergy Semillon blend is from the Braemore vineyard, with the balance from the Brycefield and Fordwich Hill vineyards. The fruit was all fermented in stainless steel. The palate offers flavours of citrus, ripe pear and melon fruit, with a lengthy, subliminally taut acidity providing a pleasing freshness to the finish. An absolute perfect accompaniment to fresh seafood dishes.
