The 2025 Helens Hill Candlebark Pinot Gris opens with vibrant, lifted aromatics of pear, honeysuckle and a hint of cashew nut. The beautifully structured and refined palate featured flavours of apple and baked pear that are supported by some subtle oak to add extra length and complexity. A high quality Yarra Valley Pinot Gris that will work well with a wide range of foods.
