Our freight partners are reporting significant delays across their delivery network in the lead-up to Christmas.
While we're working hard to expedite delivery of all orders, some regions are taking up to two weeks to service.

Tracking Update Issues
Our freight partners (particularly Aramex) are currently reporting some delays and issues in updating accurate tracking advice on dispatched orders.
Rest assured that your wine is making it way to you even if some of the usual tracking updates are not viewable. We'll also be working with our couriers to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.
While guarantees are difficult to make in the period prior to Christmas, we've been advised that all new orders placed before Wednesday 13th December should be delivered by Christmas.
We'll continue to dispatch all new orders up until Thursday the 21st December, and will do all that we can to have these delivered to you as quickly as possible. If you wish to have your order held until after Christmas, please advise us.
