Our freight partners are currently experiencing significant delays across their delivery network.

While we're working hard to expedite delivery of all orders, some regions (particularly Western Australia) are taking up to two weeks to service.

Tracking Update Issues

Our freight partners (particularly Aramex) are currently reporting some delays and issues in updating accurate tracking advice on dispatched orders.

Rest assured that your wine is making it way to you even if some of the usual tracking updates are not viewable. We'll also be working with our couriers to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.
