The 2025 vintage at Maison Saint Aix was once again among the earliest in their history. Harvest began on Wednesday, August 27th, and concluded on Wednesday, September 25th, with the team working over 17 nights to pick each parcel at peak freshness.
Made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, the 2025 AIX Rosé opens with vibrant, aromatic notes of wild berries, citrus and white stone fruits. The palate offers vibrancy and bright fruit freshness, with a plenty of wild strawberry, raspberry and stonefruit flavours, supported by fresh acidity and a long crisp finish.
