This 2023 Bullant Chardonnay has very minimal oak influence and shows enticing tropical fruit characters and some citrus elements on the bouquet. The palate is fresh and vibrant with flavours of melon and pineapple and a long dry finish. Pair with the catch of the day or salt and pepper squid.
