Clyde Park's Estate Shiraz is produced from Shiraz grapes grown in two blocks of their Estate vineyard in the Moorabool Valley. The wine was fermented in small batches and the final blend incorporates 20% whole-bunch, wild fermentation that was matured for 10 months in 20% new oak puncheons.
The 2021 Clyde Park Estate Shiraz is a complex, balanced and well-structured Geelong region Shiraz mouth-watering acidity. Whole bunch, stalky with redcurrant, red plum, black cherries, charcuterie and with hints of pepper, this will offer plenty of drinking joy over the coming decade.
