The pristine, cool-climate Hilltops fruit for this 2021 de iuliis Hilltops Cabernet Sauvignon has delivered an impressive rendition of Cabernet with lovely perfumed aromatics on the nose. The palate is packed with plenty of blackcurrant and herbaceous flavours, with a hint of bell pepper, eucalyptus and exceptionally fine tannin. A wine that will further enhance the reputation of the Hilltops region, this is a bargain red wine at this price.
