The 2022 Eden Hall Springton Riesling is a product of another ideal in the Eden Valley. The palate is vibrant and intense with typical lemon, lime and tropical fruit flavours. A hugely appealing Eden Valley Riesling drinking well now but has the structure to cellar for the years to come.

Pale straw with green flashes and aromas of fresh lime and lemon juice, Bickford's lime cordial, orange blossom, lemon zest, crushed stone and a light waft of mandarin. Clean, crisp and dry with just a hint of bath salts appearing on the palate, which powers along nicely thanks to a seam of sizzling acidity. 12.8% alc.
