Eden Hall Wines is a family owned boutique winery owned by David and Mardi Hall with a total of 33 hectares in the high country of the beautiful Eden Valley. With a commitment to sustainability and working in harmony with the environment, Eden Hall now operates completely "off the grid".
The 2024 Eden Hall Springton Riesling is a product of another ideal in the Eden Valley. The palate is vibrant and intense with typical lemon, lime and tropical fruit flavours. A hugely appealing Eden Valley Riesling drinking well now but has the structure to cellar for the years to come.
