The 2025 Circle Of Fifths Pinot Noir is made from a blend of Giant Steps' single vineyard sites; namely Tarraford, Sexton, Primavera, Applejack and Bastard Hill. Made to showcase the strengths of these vineyards in one wine - this was meticulously crafted and fine-tuned over many blending sessions. The result is another vibrant, beautifully structured Pinot Noir with the depth and complexity found in only the Yarra Valley's finest examples.
"96+ Points. A blend of all the single-vineyard wines. 40% whole bunches. A medium, bright crimson red. A beautifully fragrant wine with its aromas of perfectly ripened strawberry, black raspberry, rose, lavender and cinnamon stick. Unfurls on the medium-bodied, textured and mouth-filling palate. The tannins are succulent and you barely notice the whole bunches. "94 Points. This is showing a little more oak than is ideal, early days and all, but the fruit is excellent, so too the structure and indeed the length. Hold off for 12 months and this will be a ripper. Berries aplenty, woodsy spice notes, flashes of whole bunch complexity and a sinewy, smoky, cherry-berried finish.
