The 2025 Holm Oak Pinot Noir is a product of a relatively warm and generous year with long summer days and higher than average time time temperatures. This has delivered a Tasmanian with lovely aromatics of bright strawberry, cherry and bright berry notes. The palate is soft and inviting with plenty of generous strawberry and cherry flavours, light savoury notes and fine silky tannins on the finish. "94 Points. There’s a real brightness and energy about this wine, with its burst of dark cherry and strawberry, with a little raspberry character. The palate has such vibrant fruit intensity balanced with some nice subtle oak and a necessary crunchy acidity that gives it life and energy through to the finish.
