This 2023 Holm Oak Riesling is another fine, delicate example of Tasmanian Riesling with lovely aromatics of lime leaf and jasmine with some spiced apple notes. The palate is minerally and slatey, with impressive fruit intensity and a long, balanced finish. A complex Riesling that is fast gaining a reputation as one of Tasmania's finest.
