"94 Points. Longhop Ravine has a distinctly Wild West theme about it. Tumbleweeds. A little bit wild to smell, in a good way, lemon/ lime, a spray of aromatic green herb (including fennel tips), some brine and citrus flower. It’s a little saline, a cinch of lemon peel bitterness, green apple and lime, slightly nutty too, with a firm chalky texture, and excellent length. A sour green apple and citrus tang, with plenty of crunch and pithy grip closes it out. Such good mouth-feel and character. Yes.
