Mr Mick' is a range of wines created by Tim Adams following his purchase of the historic Leasingham winery in the heart of the Clare Valley. The range is named in honour of winemaking legend 'Mick' Knappstein; a mentor of Tim's during his apprentice days at Leasingham.
The 2022 Mr Mick Shiraz is another super drinking Clare Valley Shiraz from Tim Adams opening with lifted aromas of fresh red and black fruits, violet florals, and a hint of spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied, delivering luscious dark cherry and ripe raspberry flavours perfectly balanced by smooth tannins and toasted vanilla oak.
