The 2025 Pewsey Vale Eden Valley Riesling has been attracting plenty of recent attention after a stellar performance at the Decanter World Wine Awards, where is was awarded 'Best Riesling' of show and a massive 97-point rating.
Highly aromatic and striking, the nose bursts with intense lime zest, white blossoms, and green apple, all underscored by subtle notes of crushed stone, wild rosemary, and a fine talc character. Light on its feet yet surprisingly complex, the palate features a straight focused line of citrus; lemon pulp, grapefruit, and lime juice. It displays a beautiful tension between mouthwatering, racy slate acidity and a soft, finely woven texture.
