The 2026 Pewsey Vale Eden Valley Riesling is another classic example of Eden Valley Riesling, this opens with lifted vibrant aromas of fresh limes, white blossom, green apple and a hint of dried herb. Light on its feet yet surprisingly complex, the palate features a straight focused line of citrus; lemon pulp, grapefruit, and lime juice. A delicious young Riesling now, this will reward cellaring in the medium to long-term.
