Today the team at Shaw and Smith specialise in making Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Pinot Noir, all that rank amongst Australia's leading examples of their respective varieties.
Shaw and Smith's winery was built in time for the 2000 vintage. It houses a tasting room, offices and all winemaking facilities from fermentation to bottling. Shaw and Smith's environmentally sensitive winery is regarded as the benchmark for winery developments in the Adelaide Hills.
