The wines are made at their state of the art winery by the highly acclaimed Darryl Catlin, who previously served as a winemaker at Shaw and Smith for 13 years.
The 2020 Sidewood Shiraz is a stunning example of the popular Adelaide Hills Shiraz; delivering a beautifully aromatic and approachable wine with impressive depth of flavour. The palate is packed with juicy blackberry, dark cherry and pomegranate flavours, with soft silky tannins and savoury notes providing some further complexity.
