This 2024 Strelley Farm Pinot Noir is another impressive Tasmanian Pinot Noir release, with this latest vintage produced from a blend of 31% East Coast, 28% Coal River Valley, 20% Tamar Valley, 14% Tasman Peninsula, 4% Derwent Valley and 4% Huon Valley fruit.
Typically lifted and perfumed, this opens with aromas of ripe plum, raspberry and dark cherry with some subtle oak spice. On the palate, bright and juicy red fruit flavours upfront are supported a dense core of dark cherry and supple oak tannin.
