Located in the Nagambie Lakes region of central Victoria and with a history dating back to the 1860's, Tahbilk has long been considered one of Australia's most historic family owned wineries.
Tahbilk's Cabernet Sauvignon is a remarkably consistent performer which has seen it establish itself as one of Australia's popular red wines. The 2020 vintage is another ripper, packed with the classic cassis, dark plum and mulberry notes, which are enhanced by nuances of Asian five spice, mint and touches of mocha. Deliciously approachable now, this is sure to only get better with some time in the cellar.
