Toolangi has long been regarded as one of the Yarra Valley's finest wineries, with the wines continuing to reach impressive heights under chief winemaker Kaspar Hermann. Hermann's 'site-first' approach allows the vintage and place to dictate rather than forcing a particular style.
As has come to be expected from this single-vineyard bottling, the 2025 Toolangi Yarra Valley Pinot Noir is another super impressive offering. Vibrant and pure-fruited, this offers loads of lip-smacking red cherry and juicy raspberry flavours. Finishing with subtle spice, bright acidity and supple tannins, this is a highly gluggable wine that's pretty hard to resist at this price.
