The 2021 Turkey Flat Butchers Block Shiraz is a delicious, medium-bodied Barossa Shiraz with plenty of juicy dark berry fruits, blueberries and violets notes. A soft well structured red wine with supple tannins, this has wide appeal in the short to medium term.
