The 2023 Voyager Estate Cabernets is again a classic 'Bordeaux-style' blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (54%), Merlot (37%), Petit Verdot (4%), Malbec (3%) and Cabernet Franc (2%). The backbone of this wine comes from three of Voyager’s most impressive Cabernet blocks, all of which lie on gravelly soils and are farmed organically.
Opening with lovely perfumed notes of plum, mulberry, cherry, pepper and some clove spice. The palate is juicy and generous with velvety tannins and subtle spiced oak finish. Another outstanding Cabernet from Voyager that is an all-round delicious drink in the short to medium term.
