Over the past decade Yabby Lake has built a reputation for producing some of the finest examples of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay made on the Mornington Peninsula. Led by the highly credentialed winemaker Tom Carson, Yabby Lake's philosophy is to craft wines that speak of their site and their season in which they were grown.
The 2023 Yabby Lake Pinot Gris is refined and fresh, with bright fruit aromas and a lovely floral lift. A Mornington Peninsula Pinot Gris with a beautifully textured palate and delicious depth of fruit - with nashi pear and subtle spice. Seamless and refreshing, this wine finishes long and fine.
