Yarrabank has been a long time favourite sparkling wine of ours, consistently delivering an exceptional example of vintage Australian sparkling wine. Made through a joint venture between Champagne Veuve A. Devaux and the highly regarded Yering Station of the Yarra Valley.
The 2016 Yarrabank Cuvee Brut Sparkling is made in the 'Methode Traditionnelle' and it's clear to see the French influence here. Aromas of citrus apple and bread-dough leads into a complex palate displaying zesty cool-climate fruit, creaminess and subtle yeast influence. An Australian vintage sparkling wine of the highest quality, this is well deserving of its position among the top echelon of local examples.
