The Champagne Ayala Le Blanc de Blancs A/18 is a 100% Chardonnay cuvée that epitomizes the House’s focus on purity and elegance. Sourced from six Grand and Premier Crus across the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, the 2018 vintage benefited from a warm, sunny growing season.
Aged for six years on the lees with a low dosage (5g/L), it offers a bouquet of white peach, jasmine, and citrus zest. The palate is silky and vibrant, featuring notes of blood orange and fresh pastry anchored by a distinct chalky minerality.
