This newly released Yarrabank Sparkling Cuvee is an entry point into the impressive array of sparkling wine made at Yering Station under the Yarrabank label. A classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this wine bursts with citrus, apple and subtle brioche notes on the nose.
The palate opens with vibrant apples and green strawberries burst with a lovely fresh citrus zest. Well-balanced with a creamy mouthfeel, generous fruit and a precise acid backbone that drives the racy palate through to a complex, subtle biscuity finish.
