The 42 Degrees South Sparkling NV is Chardonnay dominant blend (82%) with a small portion of Pinot Noir (18%), all fruit comes from the township of Campania in the Coal Valley wine region of Southern Tasmania.
A fine and subtle sparkling wine with lovely lifted aromas of toasty brioche and delicate citrus. The palate is crisp and fruit-driven with notes of green apple, citrus and a touch of brioche, with the finish clean finish rounding of an impressive Tasmanian sparkling.
