Hentley Farm was established in 1997 by Keith and Alison Hentschke, who had a single vision to craft exceptional single estate wines from the Barossa Valley. Beyond the single vineyard estates, Hentley Farm's Villain & Vixen wines are made from grapes sourced from selected vineyards throughout the Barossa, delivering modern, approachable styles that are proving hugely popular.
The 2023 Villain & Vixen Blanc de Blanc Sparkling offers lovely lifted notes of grapefruit, green apple and nashi pear on the nose. The palate is lively with citrus, green apple and melon on the balanced sparkling wine, finishing dry and with crisp acidity.
