This 2024 Bondar Fiano is a lovely example of the vibrant, personality packed wines Bondar are currently producing. There’s a lovely and fleshy apple-driven nose with some white blossom and a touch of chalkiness. It’s fresh and packed full of bright flavours and pulpy texture, undercut by livewire acidity and gentle grip. It’s made to accompany warm summer nights and smoky barbequed fish.
