The 2021 Pitchfork Shiraz open with lifted aromas of ripe cherry and plum fruits with chocolaty influences. The palate displays good depth of fruit concentration, ripe sweet fruit fleshiness in the mid palate and good flavour extension. A soft, flavour-packed Shiraz with lovely approachability, this offers loads of appeal in the short to medium-term.
