A pioneer of Margaret River wine, Cullen continues to produce some of the region's finest wines from their mature estate vineyards. Under the guidance of Chief Winemaker Vanya Cullen, all wines are grown on a certified biodynamic, organic, carbon neutral and naturally powered estate.
This 2025 Cullen Merticup Chardonnay is produced from grapes from the Metricup area of Margaret River on the border of Wilyabrup. Made in a "Chablis style", this utilises minimal oak and cool fermentations in stainless steel to retain the vibrant fruit.
Attractive and expressive aromas of ripe Mediterranean fruits fig, dates, and stone fruits. Ripe fruit welcomes the palate with rich notes of peach, green apple, and pear. The mid-palate shows beautiful integration, driven by bright layers of kumquat and lemon curd, delivering vibrant freshness and refined acidity that merge seamlessly with a delicate mineral elegance.
