This 2022 JJ Hahn Stelzer Road Merlot is another fine Merlot packed with plenty of juicy blackcurrant, stewed plums flavours and hints of clover and cinnamon spice adding interest and complexity. A great value Australian Merlot that will appeal to Merlot lovers.
"Merlot from Vine Vale and Marananga in the Barossa Valley. Vibrant crimson with lifted red berry and plum fruits, oodles of spice and earthen tone and some purple floral top notes. Merlot plumpness on the mid-palate, edging towards savoury with some tangy, sapid energy and a sour-cherry flourish on the exit. 91 Points. $35. 14% alc.
