Formerly known as The Halls Gap vineyard, Fallen Giants sits on one of the most revered sites in Victoria's famous Grampians region. With a focus on the signature varietals of the Grampians region, namely Shiraz, Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon, the wines of Fallen Giants rarely fail to impress and continue to attract plenty of fans.
This 2022 Fallen Giants Vineyard Rosé is another impressive release under this label. Produced from early picked Shiraz grapes, the juice was pressed off skins and then fermented in stainless steel. The result is a vibrant, dry Rosé with plenty of bright strawberry, ripe cherry and subtle spice.
