Tim Adams Wines is recognised as one of the Clare Valley's finest wineries; with some superb examples of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon produced, while their 'Aberfeldy' Shiraz is consistently among Australia's finest red wines.
In addition to the wines under the Tim Adams label, Tim Adams launched the 'Mr Mick' range of wines following the purchase of the famous Leasingham winery. This range is named in honour of K.H Knappstein aka 'Mr Mick'; a legend of Australian wine and a former mentor of Tim Adams. These wines offer fine examples of the varieties Tim and the Clare Valley do best along with some emerging, less conventional varietals.
Some current standouts in the Mr Mick range include their Vermentino, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Cabernet Merlot, Shiraz along with a very impressive Tempranillo - these all offer approachable, flavoursome styles at very reasonable prices.
